This Green Tea is the Mother of Matcha. More balanced, but less poignant. You will enjoy this if you like classic green teas and elegant flavor profiles.

How to prepare:
- Add 1.5 tablespoons of tea to every 12oz of hot water (between 140 °F and 185 °F), then add 4 ice cubes
- Brew for 3 minutes minimum
